      Global Installed base of equipment. Good customer service. Good reputation.

      Cons

      No new tech. No Fwd thinking. Products are expensive and new competitors are lapping them. Engineering talent weak, no leadership in product marketing.

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
