3yWe appreciate the time you took to submit thoughtful feedback and appreciate your recognition of what makes us a Great Place to Work! We agree that our employees genuinely care for another, which is behavior our leadership models and encourages from the top down. Building and developing connections allows us to shape our retention strategies better, help employees achieve their career goals, equip everyone with the tools they need to succeed and adapt to an ever-changing market.
We hope you were happy to hear the recent, wonderful news about the improved Vacation Policy! Starting January 2023, employees will be eligible to earn more vacation time at an accelerated accrual schedule. We value work/life balance and know how important it is for employees to take time to do what they love outside of work. This new vacation policy provides more time for employees to do just that. In terms of the 401(k) match, while we currently don’t provide a traditional match, we have contributed lump sum contributions to participating employees’ plans for four consecutive years. Additionally, we are always looking for ways in which we can contribute to our employees’ plan. We’re happy to have you as part of our CTG family, finding new recruits that will help us make CTG an even better place to work!
