Starting January 2023, employees will be eligible to earn more vacation time at an accelerated accrual schedule. We value work/life balance and know how important it is for employees to take time to do what they love outside of work. This new vacation policy provides more time for employees to do just that. In terms of the 401(k) match, while we currently don’t provide a traditional match, we have contributed lump sum contributions to participating employees’ plans for four consecutive years. Additionally, we are always looking for ways in which we can contribute to our employees’ plan.
