Pros
Food in the cafeteria is good, but then, do you want to work for the food or some work and experience! If it's just for food, go for it. Because they will eventually fire you.
Cons
The management is really pathetic. Everyone working there is spineless, except the VP and his chamchas. The premise is full of obsequious people. You will feel you are working, but there are people already working. So why they hire...they hire for their entertainment purpose to fire them again. You wont be having your personal life, personal. No career growth, because you will be stuck at one place for long time.
