      Pros

      The time I worked for the company the atmosphere seemed professional. Time passed, it became more unprofessional. Not with the company itself but with the leaders they choose to represent their company. People need to be mindful of how they treat people no matter what their skin/religion is.

      Cons

      Be mindful of your employees because they do have lives too.

      -you can listen to what ever you want in your headphones while working -good benefits - they work with you for school and pay for it -great management -pays for certs - come in early leave early

      Cons

      -they do not pay enough compared to other companies in the area - no ventilation for soldering -a lot of people smoke there -short lunch -stingy on pto
