Pros
- I get to work with people from all over the world. Everyone is really helpful and most people are empathetic towards their coworkers. - The leadership team tries to hear the feedback and is friendly. There is no unnecessary hierarchy in play so far. - As an open-source evangelist, it is really interesting for me to build things on top of open source platforms/solutions. - The client list is also interesting as it includes mostly the top charities and organisations which are positively impacting the world around us.
Cons
Since the team mostly deal with enterprise solutions, it often does not allow to experiment with the most cutting edge technologies. Some people may find it less interesting to work with those old but reliable solutions.
