Pros
Co-workers are great and you are not micromanaged. People are always willing to lend a hand or answer questions when unfamiliar tests or situations come up.
Cons
It is quite stressful, there tends to be a lot of miscommunication and change in procedures that does not get dispensed to everyone. For every improvement there are 3 extra steps that didn't need to be taken previously.
