Pros
Good opportunities to learn different technologies. Co workers are fun and the environment is pretty laid back. That's about all I can say I gained from working at Compucom.
Cons
Promotions rarely come with raises. Had a few co workers have to fight with HR for a raise for promotion to a TEAM LEAD position and almost got fired for it. There is a lot of shady stuff that happens at the management level. Expect never to see a raise at this company unless you are a manager. I was promoted to a team lead position and received a 98 cent raise for it after 3 years.
