      Good pay for those coming for outside of the company

      Cons

      Big salary disparity, no band depending on level your junior might be getting more salary than you if he is been hired from outside.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
