Pros
Hardly any micro managing. They will higher anyone with no experience.
Cons
I have been with the company for 6+ years and have not seen a cost of living increase. I was offered a promotion of a $1 more per hour but required to do twice the work load. I had to decline and so they gave the job to someone else that doesn't even know anything about the job and is now bossing me around like he's the boss.
