Have worked with many excellent people at peer level and below + met great clients
Cons
Lack of support or even any support from leadership which results in under leveraged revenue at client sites. Inconsistent payout of commission + bonus money per employment plans even w/ months of escalation and agreement that payout is valid. It's an endless circular run around. Sales plan payouts also decrease year over year.
