Pros
Hard to think of any positives related to working for CompuCom. The best thing I can think of is that the PTO time provided is at least fair.
Cons
poor organization. held to goals that are not within your control. loudest mantra is cut cost, cut cost, cut cost. CompuCom is only concerned with their margin. People mean nothing to them. Responsibilities get added to associates without compensation. Paying fair wages is beyond their understanding. And getting raises is almost impossible. I've had 2 raises in 10 years and one of those came with a promotion.
