Pros
I work in the corporate offices in the Charlotte, NC area, alongside many of the C-Level executives. Compucom is undergoing a transformation as we move into the digital era and assist our customers in doing the same. There is a real effort underway to help all CompuCom employees understand the true importance of their jobs and how our work impacts our customers. There is a strong focus on innovation and bringing real value to our customers, which are some of the longest relationships in the industry at 15 years. We are leaders in our market and CompuCom is defining best practices in workforce enablement.
Cons
There is a fair amount of change as we undergo a transformation. We haven't done a good job of communicating strategy to all employees, and as a result you get field technicians that are quite removed from the overall strategy of the company and may get caught up local politics.
