Pros
They will hire anyone. The job is cake. Plenty of time to study. The people here are great. If you do your job right you will excel at this job.
Cons
They will hire anyone. Management is down your neck. Did not believe in Raises. They will make promises they have no intention of keeping so you will stick around. Once you have been here a year you can look for higher positions within the company, they are rare, and you are lucky if you get one, you also have to have manager approval.
