      Pros

      Work/Life Balance is good. Depending on which contract your on, you can work from home. PTO is good. Online courses.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Heavy turnover due to layoffs and there is no where in the company to move up.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
