No obvious cons to report

Good compensation. Hands free management for the most part Everyone working there at the time was really nice. Mon- friday work schedule 9-5pm Give a monthly reward for employees about $30 or so to get stuff like door dash, diney tickets, airbnb, etc.

Cant make any mistakes Cant miss an email No one gets an above and beyond peformance review (scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best) in anything. Yearly performance review increases are generally about 2-3% No bonuses unless you have been with the company several years. Maybe 5 years or so
