      Was a Paycheck. That was really the only positive thing about the place.

      Cons

      It is quite simply the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of working at. Upper management is incredibly arrogant and rude. The work environment is outright toxic due to management and office staff. I should have listened to my gut feeling after the interview, and not accepted the job offer. Do not accept an IT job at this place, as you will quickly regret it. Avoid this place like its the plague.

      Pros

      A great place to work. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and willing to help. You can tell people enjoy their work and care about the quality of what they do. People don't work crazy hours, just normal hours, and everyone takes a lunch break to enjoy life.

      Cons

      The company could be better organized. They are growing fast and it can get hectic, but everyone is trying their best to improve things.

      Cons

      Kids running the big machine. We let employees self correct their bad behavior and work ethic is their core values. Put the wrong people in the wrong positions.
