Work could be meaningful and clients could be great to work with if the products and processes were better.

If I died and went to Hell, it would be a month before I realised I wasn't at CompliSpace. Company went from bad to worse in my time and only seems to be continuing to go downhill. Leaders are self absorbed and disingenuous - lots of talk about culture but no effort to improve it. Junior employees bear the brunt of the work and the customer issues when the problems are with the products and the quality of the services provided. Very quick to blame and scapegoat instead of address actual issues. People are stressed, overworked, and constantly on guard because the tables of blame can turn at any moment. The worst environment I have ever worked in.
