      I had no prior recruiting or sales experience and was trained throughly on both. Supportive co-workers and management, always being taught new strategies/skills. Very flexible with PTO use. Positive work environment.

      Can't think of one positive experience.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. Lied on interview about how the role would be. Uncovered lies on a weekly basis. Unwelcoming culture that clearly has a revolving door of employees. Someone quit my first week, and was fired my second week into the job. Team not open to ideas, provided attitude and rude remarks when asked questions on delivery.
