Not offering health insurance is a tough spot, as insurance companies make it very difficult for small businesses to pay for health benefits for team members. That said, we have a few great options that we can help secure for each team member. Re the challenges of the physical workload - our Rehab Specialist role is a physical one and not for everyone. It's demanding both physically and mentally but very rewarding. Re the desire for more advancement paths. These were issues in the past and now I believe that they have been remedied for people with the desire to grow. In fact, if you want to grow into a leadership position, I can give you countless examples of where we now provide that opportunity.
