Poor management and overall terrible experience - CANVASSING Complete Solar Employee Review

The management at this company is terrible. They are incompetent at their work and worse, do not care about you. Even if you do a good job with sales or whatever, they'll treat you terribly and will have expected more. They are extremely disorganized and are antagonizing. They will micromanage every little you do and frequentily will call or text you even off work hours. Whatever benefits or compensation they advertise to you is extremely misleading. They never follow up with their promises. Look at the turnover of the employees and notice how no one stays for more than 2 months. Everyone quits because they hate it there.
