Pros

some very nice people there. can help build confidence. good experience. learn very basics of business. very fast process, interviews next day training next day field work, ball keeps rolling.

Cons

-Carrot on a stick, you will hear a lot of this "you will make between £300-£500 for the first 6 months while selling on the streets build up your own team, and then you will be promoted to a management position, at this point the field is optional and you will be making £1000+ a week" -training days dont train you at all, the 2 days training involves rags to riches stories and selling you the job and fallacies about how amazing the business model is. -you work for them, however in the paperwork t&c you are "self employed" so this way they can reap the rewards from your efforts and get away with not being responsible for anything. so all the expenses are YOUR expenses. If you get to the office and then they want you to work in the field 2 hours away they yous have to get there out of your own pocket, if some of your equipment runs out of internet you pick up the bill for that and necessary calls for sales. - 100% commission, but that's good right, you get £25ish per sale, just do A, B, C and BAM! £25 easy right. NO they hammer you with this promise of effort rewarding uncapped £, but its just smoke and mirror, its not impossible to make £400 but you need to be one lucky person. -What actually happens with pay is you spend 10 hours at work each day, trying to sell to the sub-prime market, sucker them over to a 2 minutes process which takes about 5 if your quick and they can answer and pass all the questions, and after that you get paid right? nope, that's what they lead you to believe. The customer might be flat out declined for some random reasonm(most likely out come), if they pass and they are under 26 you might get paid for that 50/50 chance, if over 26 and accepted then BAM £25. Why isn't this mentioned in the training ??? when asked about it, it was misleadingly simplified, and isn't as common as they make out. - just get 3-4 of them over 26 people signed up each day and your sorted, but it doesn't happen. Maybe its because im new to the job....nope my first few days i was making sales all of them were declined totally out of my control, how about the experienced leaders around me ? i was on par with their sales and between them they were all declined. Meaning between the 4 of us we had make £25 for 9 hours of work (only the person with the sale gets paid ofc). -even if you are in the right place at the right time and make 8 accepted sales over the week, thats £200 for a week of hard work 10 hours a day, - your expenses from that for travelling to office then field location will leave you with about £150 for busting your balls, while the company still profit from the data submitted from the pre-screen tests weather the customer was declined or not. -a crappy paid job bringing in minimum wage, working less hours guarantees you £227.50 a week, with added benifits of pension plans ext. -totally unrealistic profits and income. -exploitative and should be illegal. -work your butt to the bone, to be reward with peanut just scraping by, see your colleges reach desperation, and listen to lies, its a job in sales but, the big sellers are selling you the job and profiting from your free labour.

We find this structure works best as it means that those who put in the most time and effort get the best results and reap the rewards. We are disappointed to hear that you think the training days didn’t’ train you to a high enough standard. The process you are describing is for an old campaign, one which we no longer run. We currently represent the UK’s leading telecoms and broadband provider. Pros

Have learnt so much here. I didn't really have much experience within business when I started so am pleased that I've had the opportunity to learn more about sales. Plus you get to be outside all day which I much prefer than sitting behind a desk! It's also built my confidence, talking to people everyday has made me more confident.

Cons

The hours can be long and tiring, but you get out of it what you put it!
