Extremely micromanaging, heavy workload and not much autonomy at all. Meetings consist of the department director giving a monologue the entire time. No engagement in meetings-you just have to be a good listener.

Pay is good and you get food feed everyday

Unorganized and this is not a job for people with children if your child get sick your absence or tardiness will not be excused even though management can excuse them
