Pros
Honest and respectable company. Th.e owner is smart, fair, driven, and truly cares about his employees. The manager over all the locations has been there since I started in 2016 and I have always felt like I could go to her for anything and everything. They gave me a chance and let me grow into a position that is perfect for me.
Cons
Yearly bonus is amazing- yearly raises aren't much. But I respect who I work for and they treat me like family.
