Pros
Competitor Group is filled with hardworking individuals who also know how to have a lot of fun! With that said, this is a place where you can work and have fun in your day-to-day responsibilities. I've listed some of the pro's about being a Competitor:

Cons
No company is perfect and Competitor Group is still growing! I appreciate all of the new opportunities that keep popping up to enhance culture and career development for employees.
The only thing I can recommend improvement on as of right now is our 401K plan. It's not terrible but it could be better.
