I have worked for Compassus full time for almost 14 years. In that time I have seen enormous growth. Early on we as colleauges identified our core values of Integrity, Excellence, & Compassion as we began our journey towards being a World Changing Healthcare Organization. Since that time the company has kept those values at the center of all policies, programs, and growth decisions, including the importance of the roles all colleague have in reaching our goal. After Regulatory Compliance, Compassus views us, the colleagues as the most important part of the company. I see a definite vision from the leadership team in hiring the best people and providing support, benefits, and communication to retain those good people. As a clinician, an important aspect for me is the clinical and regulatory support we receive. We always have help to navigate new regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. Top to bottom, great company.
