Management allow bullying behavior. They expect you to be a "yes" person if not they will find a way to make your job miserable and get rid of you. They say "occasional" call, be prepared to be a CM and an On call nurse. No leadership what so ever. Staff are always on edge, so many secrets. Family life is not important to management. Quantity not quality here, it's all about the money.
