Pros
Compassus isn't just talk. Everyone I have encountered from CEO to CNA cares about colleagues and patients/families. The commitment to, changing the way people die in America, is embedded in almost every conversation. This is an organization that will survive the ever-changing Healthcare environment we operate in every day.
Cons
The growth the last few years has had an affect on culture. Micro cultures have been a reality. No company is perfect. Compassus has been making great strides toward focusing on Culture. My hope is that every colleague will feel it soon as I do.
