      Benefits. like vacation, take a while to accumulate. Management is super responsive/ often doesn't feel like they have your back, especially upper management

      → Meaningful work with crisis patients → Decent pay and benefits on paper → Some wonderful frontline coworkers

      Cons

      → Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
