      Pros

      The Deep end of the hospitality industry. If you can float here, you probably cant sink anywhere.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Constant shifting schedule. Extreme multiple-day pushes (Sometimes 2 weeks+) reduced hrs for work to compensate for union pay improvements.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
