      Good pay. Good benefits. Free food. Lots of free time. The people who work the kitchen are usually super cool.

      Cons

      Clients are overly entitled and act like it. Lack of transparency in management depending on your boss. It all depends on who your boss is. A terrible boss will sour your workweek, every week.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
