      A lot of options available if you are looking to work in different fields of work, and the company is world-wide so there are a lot of opportunities internally.

      Cons

      Once applying for the internal position, your current manager is made aware immediately which may make things awkward if they are not aware of the job search in advance.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
