Pros
Love that i was able to start off with a great position and catering staff that worked hard and as a great team. Started as a Catering Manager but due to schooling was bumped down to lead. Shift/hours are easy to work 8 to 5 and sometimes you come in early to get the show on the road early. Clientele for were i worked you had the good and bad as you do with any company.
Cons
Lame reason to bump me down to lead and then to not fulfill promise of bringing me back as a manager once my schooling was completed. Once i was a lead it turned into a issues of working longer hours and poor management.skills from some individuals. Managers for the location were good but i don't believe were fit for the position in total.
