      management talks to you like you are a 4 year old, they lie to you, they dont give you the things you need to do your job, such as they tried to make a dishwasher use windex instead of soap because they ordered windex and not soap

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
