I have only been employed with Compass Eurest for 6 months. There have been no improvements over my last employer.
Cons
Replies are not clear when asking a direct question about any benefits or compensation. I was told that they would match the core values of our contractor. So far this has not been the case. I am very disappointed in the lack of benefits. They don't match your 401(k) contributions. I was told I would retain my tenure and accrual rates, I am not.
