      Pros

      Easy to get hired and the job opportunities were all over country. Better then average Health Insurance. I know a number of people that really like the company and they have been with them for a number of years.

      Cons

      Upper Corp management did not give support needed for me to be successful as a Manager. Had no training at all for my position. Was told to just to just observe for a few days...

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
