Pros
The company seems to have a virtuous cycle going. Prominant companies like Google and Microsoft use Eurist to provide high quality food service, then visitors from other companies see the quality of service and word gets out, leading I presume to new accounts. Most work is weekdays, leaving your weekends free. And the hours are much more predictable than elsewhere in food service. Customers are polite. Since Eurist and the host company (Google, Microsoft, etc.) have long-term contracts, employees from both are motivated to have a great relationship.
Cons
The parent company has 500,000 employees internationally. Unless you are Gordon Ramsey, you will be at best a statistic to them. They will do little to accommodate you since they view essentially every employee as a commodity.
