      Team . Everyone was accountable and wanted to work with others that had a shared work habit

      Cons

      Busy work that didn’t amount to anything. Was assigned to work on internal tools that weren’t going anywhere just to keep me busy. Laid off after 8 months later.

      Real estate agents are their customers. All the technology and tools are designed to help agents work more effectively.

      Cons

      There is a push to earn a higher commission from each transaction. There is no cap on the amount you pay Compass.
