      -The other Compass staff members are so much fun to work with! Everyone works really hard but gets along very well. -The agents at Compass really appreciate the help that the staff members give them. -We have great benefits -The leadership team truly cares about the happiness of all staff members. -As the company grows, HQ takes everyones feedback into consideration.

      Compass is a great company to work for: advanced technology, top-notch training and a superb management team. Provides a national and global perspective on the real estate market.

      Cons

      Requires training to use the advanced technology. Probably easier to join a team with other users already familiar with the technology.
