Awful work environment, a lot of drama, they were constantly changing the rules, picked favorites, example would be someone could call out of work 3-4+ times a month and sometimes more but if someone else did that they didn’t like, they would get ugly with them, little supervision from the BCBA, the main owner is awful and extremely rude, they try to force you to sign contracts, a lot of micromanaging with different levels, understaffed due to a lot of people quitting, i was there for years and i was one of the longest people that has been there. People were always quitting
