Having come from smaller organisations, I was cautious joining a larger firm but I’ve been very impressed! - great team surrounding you, good buzzy environment - rewarded well with what I would say is market leading com scheme - managers are great at giving advice, constructive criticism and supporting further development, no matter your experience level (all done in the right way) - quarterly do’s and regular incentives

If I had to give one, it would be working flexibility but I don’t mind what’s in place

I joined the business a year ago with little recruitment experience, and I’ve already achieved so much — not only in billings but across all professional aspects of the role. This has been possible due to training and ongoing support the company provides. As a busy mum of two, I’ve also really valued the flexibility and understanding around part-time working when needed. That said, you do need to work hard and earn that flexibility — but the opportunity is absolutely there for those willing to put the effort in. Hard work is rewarded. I’ve also been lucky enough to build friendships here that go way beyond the office.

I haven’t had any negative experiences so far.
