      Pros

      Time to time working system automatically shut down in 9 hours there is no extended hours... Overtime is well paid.

      Cons

      Increment rate is lower they don't give good increment and supervisors are really frustrating politics is main concern.

      Pros

      People on your team are team players. Work on high profile productions.

      Cons

      Working with other facilities/departments can be an issue. No standard for regular raises without threatening to quit. Scheduling is always based on the client whims. No work-life balance.
