There are leaders in the organization that have had a reputation for belittling, demoralizing, swearing at their employees and leading with fear. Lately I've heard from current and past employees specific examples and these examples have been shared with HR regarding those individuals. It's not just a few reps complaining, or isolated incidences, it's been many many reps and over years. How do you explain keeping these leaders CompHealth? How are they protected to that extent? Although it's not my team, it is making it very difficult to believe in this company anymore. I can't back an organization that allows their employees to be treated like that. I have to believe in what I do and it's becoming more difficult.
