      There is nothing positive about working for this company.

      Cons

      They lie about your salary, they fire you before they get paid on a deal so they can keep your commission, they fire you if you are out sick, they are racist, they lie about placing candidates to the client and they will end up asking you to find candidates on your own. Everything about this company is a scam.

      It was great to work with a company that actually cares about their employees and actually goes the extra mile to make sure our clients are treated with respect and honesty.

      Cons

      The office was always cold so make sure your bring a sweatshirt. No 401k offered.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Comp Resource Group. I work on the sales team and everyone is extremely friendly, professional, and hard working. The company isn't that well known, but has grown very quickly since I've been here. Overall - I'd recommend the company to anyone that wants a unique opportunity.

      Cons

      A little bit of micro-management, but its helped me be successful.
