      Salary and perks were ok.

      Cons

      Because of the miscommunication between the upper management in US and technical managers in Ankara, there were some unneccessary pressure on workers sometines. The upper management is not professioal at all

      Great technology Partners are very happy Customers like the product and working with the company

      All decisions are made by the CEO / owner. There is little to no autonomy. Though the company has been around for awhile, it's still a start-up type of environment.
