      Great team Flexible Great to work for a Vendor to support the product. Keeps you on the toe, challenging job. Even thou product based should have working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, storage , VMware and SQL etc...

      Cons

      Product based support. If someone is looking for Microsoft Technologies (Sysadmin/ infra role) this is not the place.
