Management has favorites in Fort Lauderdale office that has nothing to do with job productivity or sales. Some people will be laid off while others who spend the entire work day socializing and not hitting quota will stay on for years which is a major red flag. Already looking for another position because of the negative environment in this office. If you are looking for a secure and stable career, I do not recommend working here.
