Pros
They have a great software suite and customers like it a lot. It's easy to win deals technically because of the superior features/functionality.
Cons
Low percentage of sales reps meet quota due to incredibly high targets. Large metro areas have too many reps. Being able to only sell one product means you have to wait around for accounts to swap out Backup; which happens far too rarely.
