The pay was good Enjoyed working with those that were deployed Work was easy but if there was work it was long hours Travel to some of the worst 3rd world country's Economy travel on deployments 401K (at least they have one)

1. The pay was good for a year then every other contractor with other company's made more with raises and job promotions 2. No training budget unless you are one of the chosen 3. FAVORITISM if you kissed a** you were chosen as long as you did what they wanted and you complied there was no problems 4. There was a one person that was allowed to have extremely long facial hair/ long hair way out of any standards of any aviation company 5. Information- that will not be passed passed on to you (was not like that until 2 years ago 6. No tuition reimbursement (do not think it's even a option) 7. Job stability 8. Job satisfaction was not there as you were never given a chance to move around the company and better yourself unless you are one of the chosen and threaten to quite then you move up 9. Made to feel like you don't count unless you were a ex military officer or currently serving in the reserves 10. If you are college educated with more than a bachelor's and were not a military officer you will never go anywhere in this company
