Poor leadership and direction from the very top

The customers and community are great, you can learn a lot from them. Really awesome network of people on the app.

Truly insane level of turnover, even by start up standards. The company isn't really a start up anymore, and yet they still live in chaos. Lot of this is due to the leadership. Lots of self-inflected problems. Lack of respect for the team.
