      Leadership is approachable and kind, company values are worth working toward, work-life balance is the best you’ll ever get

      Sometimes projects can feel over-managed, and there were a a few too many guardrails in place that discouraged creative ideas to flourish

      Pros

      Community.co is the absolute best job I have ever had. The work is both challenging and rewarding. The executive team are the most inspirational and kindest group of individuals you will ever meet. Work/life balance is unparalleled. If you work hard and are diligent you will be rewarded and promoted. I can't say enough good things about this company!
